Terms of service
Short, because there is not much to say: the tools are free, the report costs what the checkout page shows, and if it disappoints you we refund it.
The free tools
The calculator, quizzes and photo analyzer are free to use, with no account. They classify body shape using the rules published on the methodology page. Body shape is a styling convention: the tools are not medical devices, do not measure health, and nothing on this site is medical, nutritional or professional advice. The Kibbe-inspired quiz is our own interpretation of a published framework; it is not David Kibbe's questionnaire and he is not affiliated with this site.
The paid report
- What it is. A personal Body Shape Report, generated from the numbers and answers you entered in the free tools, delivered as a web page at an unlisted link plus a PDF. Which chapters appear depends on which tools you ran; the checkout page shows this before you pay.
- Price. The price is shown in US dollars on the sales page and at checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe. Prices may change; the price you paid is the price.
- Delivery. The report is usually ready within minutes of payment. If it has not arrived within the hour, write to us and we will fix it or refund it — your choice.
- Refunds. If the report fails to generate, or it generated and disappointed you, email contact@bodyshapereport.com from your checkout address and we will refund it. We would rather refund than argue. A refunded report is taken down.
- Your use. The report is written for you and licensed for your personal use. Share it with whoever you like; do not resell it.
- Accuracy. The report restates what the site's own classifiers compute from your inputs. It is as accurate as the numbers you gave it, and the tape is the largest source of error in the whole system.
The usual terms
The site and its content belong to Known by One, LLC and are provided as they are. We may change, pause or withdraw any tool or the report at any time; purchases already made are honored. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to what you paid us. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. If any part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
